CHAPTER 4

4

HEAVEN

Different chapters from this work were sent to 72 Members of Parliament (MPs) on 4 July 2009.
Economic matters
The Union Budget for 2009-2010 was presented in the Parliament on 6 July 2009. The budget provided for an expenditure of Re.  Ten lakh crore -  about 33 percent  higher than the budget for 2008-2009.
However, the budget was silent about the money in the Provident Fund and Pension Fund. Now this money would disappear and then reappear as Joint Ventures (JVs), Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), car loans or housing loans. If the Government had not suppressed free speech, this money would have appeared in the budget.
The media mafia criticized the Government for resorting to borrow Re. four lakh crore to fulfill the demands of the budget. Thus the people could not smell a rat in it.
A proposal in the Budget allowed 100 per cent tax exemption to electoral trusts. Hereafter, the corporate donation to political parties would be a legal one.  Recently, a political party had returned the money received from a company.
The budget wanted to garner about Re. 1120 crore by selling the shares of the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).  But within two days, the NTPC- a PSU - disclosed its intention to sell 167 crore shares. Some other PSUs also announced like this.
It may be recalled that the NDA Government had – in good faith- taken a decision to use public money for public investments. Within two days that Government had to retract due to the muscle power of the manipulators. The present condition is reminiscent of that episode. The MPs could prevent its recurrence only by defending FREEDOM.
The Union Government on 12 July 2009 decided to leave the question of auctioning the 3G spectrum to a Group of Ministers headed by the Union Finance Minister.  As most of the members are hard core representatives of the manipulators, they would usurp it by circumventing the Union Cabinet. FREEDOM alone would save it.
The Union Government on 18 July 2009 submitted in the Bombay High Court that two Indian companies were “surreptitiously” appropriating national resources. The present writer has been saying this. Now the Government says this using a stronger word. Yet, it refuses to take this to its logical end. This is a blow to FREEDOM.

          Indo-China relations
China now said that it wanted its blue water navy to conduct operations in distant waters. The statement of China shows that it entered Sri Lanka only to checkmate India.
Some newspapers on 13 July 2007 said that China would attack India in 2012. It said that the Indian military was not equipped to face the two front wars by China and Pakistan. They added that India must shift out from its defeatist disposition of pacifism to deter China.
Obviously, China expects India to give money to Sri Lanka under one pretext or other so that Sri Lanka would transmit it to China. The moment India refuses to do this; China would retaliate by entering Arunachal Pradesh.  It is the well tested medicine that China gives to India.
Militancy
Militant people killed 44 army personnel in the Chhattisgarh state on 12 July 2009.  On the same day, the militant people killed two army personnel in the Assam state. The number of army personnel killed in internal wars has far exceeded the total number of soldiers killed in Indo-China and Indo-Pakistan wars put together. Yet the Government is not disclosing the demands of the militant people. If the Government had given FREEDOM for independent politics, this situation could have been averted.

     Indo-Sri Lankan relations.
The Union Budget for 2009-2010 allotted Re. 500 crore to Sri Lanka. The Government thus wanted to give the money with the approval of the MPs so that they would support the Government in the Sri Lankan issue.
In this connection, it must be noted that the USA wanted Sri Lanka to stop the war only after USA had seen Tamils standing by their leaders. But Sri Lanka connived at it.
Then the European countries wanted Sri Lanka to stop the killings. Sri Lanka again ignored it.
Finally, Dr. M. Karunanidhi, Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu State, undertook a fast. But Sri Lanka finished the killings with renewed vigor.
Now, if Sri Lanka wants steel or barbed wire either as loan or as gratis from India,  Mr. Mahanda Rajapaksa, President of Sri Lanka, must undertake a fast before Dr. M. Karunanidhi. In fact, India shall not give even a rupee to Sri Lanka until it voluntarily comes forward to join the Indian Union.
President of Sri Lanka on 14 July 2009 said that it was wrong on the part of the world countries to punish all his people through sanctions and embargoes for alleged war crimes.  He said that Sri Lanka was siding with the countries that helped it. He disclosed that Sri Lanka had wanted China to build a port. He added that if India had wanted to build a port or airport, Sri Lanka would have permitted it.
The above policy of Sri Lanka might have prompted India to give military training to the Tamils. This is the reason why India must either disclose the real reason for giving military training to the Tamils or bring to justice those responsible for it.
Sri Lanka on 15 July 2009 cancelled the import of ammunition valued at $ 200 million from China and Pakistan. Anyone going through this work would tell that this is the repercussion of this work. This confirms the conclusion of the present writer that Sri Lanka had been buying weapons using Indian money.
Now, Sri Lanka must dismantle its war machinery.
It must abandon its plan to recruit 100,000 men for its army.
It must surrender the tanks and other weapons received from India, lest it would think of using them against India.
It shall maintain a police force for maintaining law and order.
Sri Lanka on 16 July 2009 demanded India to detail Indian ex-army men for de-mining work. Indian army men have been doing this work. Now they want to substitute them with ex- army men. Indian armed forces had been under the command of Sri Lanka until the total subjugation of the Tamils. Now, the Indian army need not return to India so long as China enters Sri Lankan waters without the consent of India.  Instead, Sri Lankan army must vacate the Tamil areas to avoid confrontation.
Mrs. Hillary Clinton, the US Secretary of State, on 16 July, 2009 declared that India had a tremendous opportunity and growing responsibility in Sri Lanka. She added that India had a global role rather than a regional one.
Obviously, even the USA is disturbed over the posture of China in Sri Lanka.  The USA wants security to India from China. But India invited China to Sri Lanka!
If India had given FREEDOM to the people to know the designs of China, the latter would not have landed in Sri Lanka at all. The Tamils also would not have died like this.
A Sri Lankan Army Commander on 16 July, 2009 said that Sri Lanka belonged to the majority Sinhalese Buddhists although the Tamils had the right to work and live. This is the condition everywhere. The big fish would swallow the small fish!
Indo-Pakistan relations
Pakistan on 19 July 2009 admitted that its nationals were involved in the 26/11 attack.  Pakistan might do justice in this matter. If India had not moved its warships to Sri Lankan waters, the incident would not have occurred.
FREEDOM
Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India, on 11 July, 2009 said that there was enormous reserve of knowledge, wisdom and experience in India and he wanted to harness them. He said this while suppressing all challenges to his power.
The Union Government on 12 July 2009 decided to sell its 30 per cent holding in a private telephone company.  The Union Government wants to alienate the assets of Kashmir state bit by bit. It is morally and constitutionally entitled to greater share of the wealth. However, this happens because of the thought control of the Government
The Postal Department on 20 July, 2009 returned 12 letters addressed to the MPs on 4 August, 2009. Therefore, 60 letters might have reached the MPs. Yet the Google Analytics does not show any visit to the website: www.howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com from New Delhi. So the Government is either controlling the Google Analytics or the MPs do not browse internet. Had the people been aware of the name of this website, many calamities would not have taken place.
Obviously, the people would get FREEDOM only if the Government relinquished its control over the press. Each MP must be given a lap top is another matter.
The New Indian Express on 20 July 2009 reported that India and China colluded to secure a $2.5 billion loan from the IMF to Sri Lanka.
It is disturbing to note that even now India is inviting China to Sri Lanka.  The leaders rarely express their views to the press or to the public. The press also avoids them tactfully. They come to the Parliament without anything to talk. They sit in the front row endlessly - day after day, Parliament after Parliament. This silence is very dangerous. No democracy has seen this.  This has unforeseen consequences to the nation and to individuals.
Now the FREEDOM of 1000 million people remains in the fingertip of the leaders sitting in the front row of Parliament. Yet they refuse to relent. If they are not ready to give up the control over the press, they must sit in back rows so that a new set of MPs would give FREEDOM to the people.
Words of a sage
FREEDOM is HEAVEN. This is what the sages said.

The facts from 4 July, 2009 to 20 July, 2009 are being submitted to Mrs. Pratibha Devesingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India through email on 20 July, 2009 at

CHAPTER 3

3

A STABLE MIND

      Sri Lankan Tamils issue.
Now there are reports that China wanted to use Sri Lankan ports. A Union Minister lamented that China was fishing in troubled waters.
India allowed Sri Lanka to befriend China to secure the support of a veto power. By doing so, India compromised its own ‘National Security”. That phase is over. Now China must reckon the sensibilities of India in this matter.
Sri Lanka gave a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) to a Company of China. India first gave mines to the Tamils. Now, India is helping Sri Lanka for its de-mining work. Sri Lanka intends to hand over the de-mined areas to China!
Dr. Karunanidhi, Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu State  on 1 July 2009 said that a separate Tamil nation was not possible in Sri Lanka. He exhorted the people not to fuel the anger of Sri Lanka, lest the Tamils only would be affected. He pointed out that a leader in India had abandoned the demand for a separate nation when he had to choose between the existence of the party, and realizing a separate nation. He expressed the hope that one of the Tamils would, one day, become the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka. This is, perhaps, the reply of India to this work.
In this connection, it must be stated that FREEDOM- and not Prime Minister ship- is the end of the state. There is no use in a slave becoming the Prime Minister of a country. Many from the North, West and South became the Prime Ministers of India. But everyone kept the people as mere slaves.
One would say that there are many political leaders in India. But all are complementary to one another. There are alternatives but no rivals. The political leaders keep their rivals away from the eye of the people by controlling the press. Therefore, the people cannot even think of the rivals. Obviously, the Tamils would get FREEDOM only when the leaders in India get FREEDOM from the manipulators.
Above all, India should not procrastinate to justify the circumstances that forced it to give military training to the Tamils. One would presume that India had sufficient reasons for the same. If India can not tell the real reasons now, it shall not hesitate to bring to justice the leaders responsible for the training. India should prove to the world that it did not play the game of children in Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka on 2 July 2009 described India and China as two tracks on a railway-line running independently. Sri Lanka must run on one line only. It must opt for either India or China. Sri Lanka could kill the Tamils because India wanted it. Now, it must realize that the FREEDOM of Sri Lanka would not be at the cost of the sovereignty of India.
A member of the manipulation mafia –Mr. Ram- visited the Tamils in Sri Lanka on 3 July 2009. He described the killings as a rescue effort. When the Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF),  had started a war with the LTTE in the pretext of rescuing the Tamils, a writer of his magazine –a Mr. Subramonium- described the decision of India as “loss of institutional memory”. Thus, Mr. Ram indirectly says that India has no stable policy.

Economic matters
The public sector Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) decided to invest Re. 40,000 crore in the stock market. Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India, is allowing the LIC to relapse into its deviant ways due to the lack of a stable policy. He is doing this to suppress free speech. The decision must be annulled as it is an unconstitutional one.
The LIC could buy shares. But it must invest the money extracted from the Kashmir state in the companies located in that state only. If the LIC had followed this policy, the SPIC-a private sector company in the Tamil Nadu state- and the FACT- a public sector company in the Kerala state-would not have perished. There are two former Chief Ministers of Kashmir in the Union Cabinet. There are some other new members also. This is indeed an opportunity. When they fight for the rights of the people of their states, all others also would get their shares of money.
The Union Government on 1 July 2009 raised the price of petrol. It must be noted that the new Union Cabinet did not give freedom to the people to buy and sell kerosene before taking the above decision.
The media mafia on 3 July 2009 disclosed that the budget to be presented on 6 July 2009 envisaged the sale of the shares of even unlisted Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
In this connection, it must be noted that the government could not sell the shares of the PSUs mainly because of this work. No Government would repeat it without showing this work to the people. In this matter also, the Union Government has taken this decision to control the press. The Union Government should have a stable policy in this matter.

Militancy in India
On 18 June 2009 the militant people killed two people in the West Bengal state. They said that they had taken control over 50 villages. Immediately, a war started between the army and the militant people. A number of people might have died due to this cannibalism. Yet the Government does not disclose the grievances of the militant people.
On the same day, the militant people killed 9 Army personnel in the Orissa state.

The Supreme Court
The Supreme Court on 29 June 2009 directed the UP State Government to give the reason for the policy of spending public money –about Re.2000 crore –for opening memorials and statues of the past and present leaders. The order was passed after a Union Minister had described the decision of the UP Government as “shame.”
In this connection, it must be noted that the Union Government had taken a decision to give Re.two lakh and fifty thousand crore to two or three boys. The decision had been taken to control the press. This enables the leaders to reserve the front row seats in Parliament generation after generation. This helps the leaders to name the new buildings and schemes after the names of their ancestors. Similarly, the Government hands over the natural resources to private parties to control free speech.

Indo-China relations
It is true that India must know its weakness. But India should not fail to realize its strength also. If India wants freedom to the Tamils in Sri Lanka, they will get it. Many countries would support India. Even China would not use its veto. In the event of China defying India, the latter would be constrained to cut its relationship with the former. Therefore, Chinese naval vessels could visit the ports in Sri Lanka only with the consent of India.
China had been developing friendship with Pakistan when India had been maintaining animosity with China. Now China should not think of converting Sri Lanka into another Pakistan.
India depends on China not only for machines but also for toys. Therefore, China must choose either India or Sri Lanka.

  The words of a sage.
Notwithstanding everything, a man must possess a stable mind. Then only he would do his duty. This is what a sage said.

CHAPTER 2

2

THE ACTIVATION ENERGY

Sri Lankan Tamils issue .
Sri Lanka on 26 May 2009 requested the world leaders to give money for the rehabilitation of the Tamils. This shows that one reason behind the killings is economic interests.
Obviously, Sri Lanka now wants to earn money through two ways. One way is seeking the help of others in the name of one half of Tamils living in Sri Lanka. Another way is trapping the foreign exchange remittances of the other half living in other countries.
Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of Sri Lanka, on 30 May 2009 said that there was no pressure from India - even during the final assault - to stop the war. He said that India did not ask Sri Lanka to stop the war at any stage because the latter was carrying out the war of the former. He added that the soil of Sri Lanka would not be used by any another country for anti - India activities.
Thus, India –and not Sri Lanka- is responsible for the killings. Sri Lanka was only an instrument in the hand of India.
As India did not rebut his statement, it is clear that India did not ask Sri Lanka to stop the war. Even the fast undertaken by Dr. M. Karunanidhi, Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu state, failed to activate India.
This shows that the Indian armed forces had been taking orders from the Executive. The Executive, in turn, were not obeying the orders of the political leadership. As they obeyed some hidden forces indirectly, the fast did not activate the armed forces.
In this connection, it must be noted that Dr. M.Karunanidhi was a leader possessing the mandate to rule India because his party was one of the constituent of the ruling United Progressive Alliance (UPA).
Further, his statement gives the impression that Sri Lanka gave a naval base to China only at the instance of India. Therefore, India must clarify whether Sri Lanka gave the construction work of a base to China after getting the consent of India or not. India is not uttering a word in this matter.
A special session of the United Nations Human Rights Commission was convened on 28 May 2009. The resolution sought to try those found guilty of the crimes against humanity during the Sri Lankan war. There was no consensus in favour or against.   12 nations, inclusive of England, France, Germany and Italy, voted for the resolution. 29 Nations, inclusive of India, passed a Sri Lankan resolution that praised the killings. Thus it approved the racial policy of Sri Lanka and the extermination of the Tamils.
Russia supported Sri Lanka. But Georgian intervention of Russia and its other internal policies might prompt it to support the Tamils in the long run.
Cuba tried to block the discussion.  If the USA had given Indian type military training to the boys in Cuba, it would not have done so.
However, as the European countries are even now central to the mind of the world, Sri Lanka was defeated in the eye of the right thinking countries. Whether they were activated by one or two letters from the present writer or not is known to them only.
In this connection, it must be stated that the body of a leader of an important nation –Italy- had been hung upside down for public viewing for committing a far smaller crime.
Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil. President of India on 4 June 2009 said that India would make contribution to rehabilitate the Tamils in Sri Lanka.
The letters sent on 1 June, 2009 might have reached the hands of the Union Ministers on 5 June 2009. Whatever happened, the Union Cabinet postponed the proposed visit Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa, to India. As there was no consensus, it, apparently, decided not to transfer Re. 500 crore to Sri Lanka.
India, apparently, transmitted the new developments to Sri Lanka immediately. Sri Lanka, in turn, sent a Minister and some Tamil representatives to assuage the feelings of the leaders.  During this occasion, one or two leaders might have demanded them to give freedom to the Tamils to get aid from India. But nothing came to the open.
The President of the USA on 6 June, 2009 said that the other nations must stop genocide when it occurs. The President did not say anything about India. However, his words show that the USA had expected India to stop the killings.
Sri Lanka on 6 June, 2009 sent back a Mercy Mission ship containing medicine donated by the Tamils in Europe. Obviously, India need not donate even medicine to Sri Lanka.
The ECONOMIC TIMES on 8 June, 2009 said that China aided the Sri Lankan bloodbath. The paper is shifting the blame to China. China did not refute this. Thus some accuse Sri Lanka. Some doubt India. Now China is also appearing. Therefore, the world would never fix the responsibility for the killings under the present conditions.
However, as no other country helped the Tamils, India should now justify the military training given to the Tamil boys.
Sri Lanka arrested 9 Indian fishermen on 9 June, 2009. There was no reaction from India.
A Union Minister on 13 June, 2009 said that India would use its authority to ensure equal rights for Tamils in Sri Lanka. This is the customary statement of India.
The statement shows that India would give money to Sri Lanka under one pretext or other. This would embarrass many political parties because they would find it very difficult to quit the Government on this issue.
If India could achieve independence to the Tamils, they would do various works. They would earn foreign exchange by trading with Sri Lanka and other nations. None need help them.
In contrast, so long as Sri Lanka receives money or any help from India, they would keep the Tamils in sheds and debauch them in all possible ways. They would transfer the foreign exchange and their internal resources to China for buying weapons or for repaying loan. This is how China accumulates foreign exchange at the expense of India is another matter.
A Sri Lankan navy vessel collided with two Indian fishing boats on 15 June, 2009. Five fishermen escaped in another boat. Sri Lanka is doing this because it got money, weapons and logistic support from India. Curiously, India did not condemn the incident.

Economic matters
A political party in India on 29 May, 2009 returned Re.27,64.925/-   received from a big industrial house.  Others also could emulate this.
Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, President of India, in her address to the joint session of Parliament on 4 June 2009, informed the decision of the Government to sell 49 per cent of the shares of all PSUs.
The copies of the last email were sent by post to 20 Ministers in the Union Cabinet, President of India, Speaker, Chief Justice of India and the Chief Justice of Madras High Court on 1 June, 2009.
The talks about 49 per cent privatization of the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) practically disappeared. The talks about the sale of loss making PSUs also faded. Some Cabinet Ministers might have wanted the nationalization of all natural resources. A Union Minister said that the new Budget would be formulated consistent with the views of the public only. Thus a two page letter activated some new Ministers. In fact, anyone could discern their thirst for the good. But none disclosed the existence of this work as if they were under an oath to deny FREEDOM to Indians.

FREEDOM OF EXPRESSIN.

THE NEW INDIAN EXPRESS on 27 May 2009 disclosed that a law had been passed to block the emails and blogs of individuals that convey anything about the Government.  It is clear that this work remains hidden not only due to the media mafia but also due to the control of the Government over the press. It must be noted that the paper revealed this only after this writer pointed out this.
Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India, on 8 June, 2009 reiterated in Parliament that those who wanted power must come through the ballot box. However, he agreed that a new idea could not be stopped.
The Government is exercising an absolute power over the press. The Election Commission and the Supreme Court do not ask the Government to tell the reason for this. The political leaders are also helpless. Therefore, the ballot box is useless and no rival can emerge in India.
He said that the militant people who obstruct the removal of minerals would be defeated. This shows that he remains in power only to transmit public assets to private parties.
The President of the USA on 16 June, 2009 requested the world countries to ensure freedom of expression to the people. Does he mean India? India must give an answer.

      Militancy

The militant people killed four army personnel on 16 June, 2009 in the Jharkhand state. The army retaliated by killing four militant people. In the Assam state, the militant people killed twelve people including eight children. None condemned these incidents.
Words of a sage.
Notwithstanding anything, the activation knowledge –the minimum knowledge required to activate a man- must be a low one. Then only a man would do his duty. This is what a sage says.
The facts from 26 May 2009 to 17 June 2009 are being sent to Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India on 17 June 2009 through email. It was immediately put on the website: www. howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com
